Last updated: June 3, 2026
Hotel Booking Terms
These hotel terms apply when you search for, reserve, pay for, modify, cancel, or use accommodation services through this platform. By making a hotel reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, the booking conditions shown during checkout, and any additional rules provided by the accommodation provider.
Role of the Platform
- The platform provides an online service that allows users to compare, request, reserve, and manage accommodation bookings made available by third-party accommodation providers.
- Accommodation providers may include hotels, apartments, resorts, guest houses, hostels, villas, vacation homes, serviced apartments, bed and breakfast properties, and other lodging providers.
- Unless clearly stated otherwise during the booking process, the accommodation provider is responsible for providing the room, property, amenities, services, check-in experience, house rules, and any on-site assistance.
- The platform is not the owner, operator, or manager of the listed accommodation and does not control daily property operations, room allocation, staff conduct, maintenance, safety procedures, or local regulatory compliance.
Prices, Taxes, Fees, and Availability
- Prices are displayed based on information supplied by accommodation providers or connected booking systems. Prices may change until the reservation is confirmed.
- The final price shown before payment may include room rates, taxes, service charges, resort fees, cleaning fees, local city taxes, tourism fees, and other mandatory or optional charges.
- Some taxes or local charges may be payable directly at the property, even when the room rate is paid online. These charges will be shown where available.
- Currency conversion is provided for convenience only. The actual amount charged may vary due to exchange rates, card issuer fees, payment network rules, or bank charges.
- Room images, star ratings, facilities, distances, breakfast information, and availability are provided for guidance and may change. Users should review all booking details carefully before confirming.
Reservations and Confirmation
- A hotel reservation is not confirmed until a booking confirmation page, voucher, or confirmation message is issued.
- The user is responsible for entering accurate guest names, dates, room occupancy, special requests, contact details, payment details, and arrival information.
- Special requests, including bedding type, smoking preference, early check-in, late check-out, connecting rooms, room view, accessibility features, parking, or dietary requirements, are not guaranteed unless the accommodation provider confirms them in writing.
- The accommodation provider may require a valid identity document, security deposit, credit card, minimum age, or additional verification at check-in.
Cancellations, No-Shows, and Changes
- Cancellation and change rules are determined by the selected rate plan and the accommodation provider's policy shown before booking.
- Some bookings may be refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable. A non-refundable booking may not be eligible for any refund if cancelled, changed, or not used.
- If the user does not arrive on the scheduled date, arrives late, or leaves early, the accommodation provider may charge a no-show fee, cancellation fee, or the full booking amount according to the policy of the reservation.
- Requests to shorten a stay, extend a stay, change dates, change room type, or change guest names are subject to availability, provider approval, and any additional costs.
- If an accommodation provider cancels, cannot honor a confirmed booking, or materially changes the reservation, reasonable assistance may be provided, which may include helping the user request a refund, alternative accommodation, or other available remedy under the applicable policy.
Payments and Refunds
- Payment may be collected online by the platform, by a payment processor, by the accommodation provider, or at the property, depending on the booking conditions.
- If full payment, deposit, pre-authorization, cancellation charge, or change fee is not received when due, the reservation may be cancelled.
- Refunds, when available, are normally returned to the original payment method, less any applicable cancellation fees, bank fees, payment processing fees, or provider charges.
- Refund timing depends on the accommodation provider, payment processor, card network, bank, currency, and fraud checks. Processing times may vary.
- Chargebacks, payment disputes, suspected fraud, or misuse of payment methods may result in reservation cancellation, account restrictions, or additional verification.
Guest Conduct and Property Rules
- Guests must follow property rules, local laws, occupancy limits, quiet hours, smoking policies, pet policies, safety requirements, and staff instructions.
- The user is responsible for damage, loss, misconduct, extra cleaning, unpaid charges, or penalties caused by the user or any guest included in the booking.
- The accommodation provider may refuse check-in or remove guests for unlawful conduct, unsafe behavior, invalid documents, payment issues, rule violations, or disturbance of other guests.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for acts, omissions, service failures, overbooking, property conditions, injuries, losses, theft, delays, local taxes, on-site charges, or disputes caused by accommodation providers, guests, third-party systems, banks, payment processors, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Flight Booking Terms
These flight terms apply to searches, reservations, ticket purchases, cancellations, changes, check-in, baggage, and travel services related to flights booked through this platform. Airline tickets are subject to the fare rules, contract of carriage, tariff rules, safety requirements, and operating policies of the relevant airline.
Role of the Platform
- The platform allows users to search for flight options and make flight-related bookings with airlines, ticketing providers, consolidators, or other travel suppliers.
- The airline or operating carrier is responsible for operating the flight, transporting passengers, handling baggage, managing schedule changes, applying safety rules, and deciding whether a passenger may travel.
- The platform does not operate aircraft and is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, denied boarding, missed connections, schedule changes, baggage issues, seat changes, or airport operational decisions.
Passenger Details and Travel Documents
- The user must enter passenger names exactly as shown on valid travel documents. Incorrect names may result in denied boarding or additional change fees.
- The user is responsible for passports, visas, transit permits, health documents, entry requirements, exit requirements, vaccination rules, and any other documents required for the full itinerary.
- Passengers must comply with airline check-in deadlines, boarding deadlines, security screening rules, customs rules, immigration rules, and airport procedures.
- Failure to meet document, check-in, or boarding requirements may be treated as a no-show and may result in loss of fare value.
Fares, Taxes, Fees, and Ticketing
- Flight prices may change until ticketing is completed. A reservation is not guaranteed until payment is accepted and a ticket number or final confirmation is issued.
- Displayed fares may include base fare, taxes, airport charges, carrier-imposed surcharges, service fees, payment fees, and other applicable charges.
- Optional services such as checked baggage, seat selection, meals, priority boarding, sports equipment, pets, lounge access, or special assistance may cost extra and may be subject to airline approval.
- If payment authorization fails, fraud checks are not completed, fare availability changes, or ticketing cannot be completed, the booking may be cancelled or the user may be asked to select a new fare.
Cancellations, Changes, Refunds, and No-Shows
- Flight cancellations, refunds, credits, date changes, route changes, passenger name corrections, and rebooking options depend on the airline's fare rules and applicable law.
- Some tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, or valid only with penalties and fare differences. Service fees may apply in addition to airline fees.
- If a passenger misses a flight or fails to check in, the airline may cancel remaining segments of the itinerary and may deny a refund or change.
- When an airline cancels or significantly changes a flight, available remedies may include rebooking, travel credit, refund, or other rights required by applicable law and airline policy.
- Refunds approved by airlines may take time to be received and processed. The platform is not responsible for delays caused by airline approval, banking systems, card networks, or payment processors.
Baggage and Airline Services
- Baggage allowance, baggage fees, cabin baggage limits, excess baggage charges, prohibited items, and lost baggage procedures are set by the airline.
- Seat maps, aircraft type, in-flight services, meal availability, baggage allowance, and departure gates may change at the airline's discretion.
- Passengers requiring special assistance, medical clearance, wheelchair services, infant travel, unaccompanied minor services, or animal transport should request approval before travel and confirm acceptance with the airline.
Code Share and Operating Carrier
- Some flights are sold by one airline but operated by another airline under a code share, interline, or partner arrangement.
- Where available, the operating carrier is shown during the booking process. The operating carrier's rules may apply to check-in, baggage, seats, boarding, and in-flight service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for airline schedule changes, cancellations, delays, denied boarding, baggage loss, missed connections, airport closures, strikes, weather, air traffic restrictions, security events, border decisions, or travel document problems. Statutory passenger rights remain available where applicable.
Tour and Activity Booking Terms
These tour terms apply to guided tours, excursions, activities, attraction tickets, experiences, transfers included in activities, day trips, adventure services, cultural experiences, and other travel activities booked through this platform.
Role of the Platform
- The platform provides a marketplace where users can find and reserve tours and activities offered by third-party tour operators, guides, attraction providers, transport providers, or local suppliers.
- The tour provider is responsible for delivering the activity, providing accurate meeting instructions, assigning guides, managing safety procedures, and complying with applicable local rules.
- The platform does not control weather conditions, traffic, local closures, guide decisions, attraction entry rules, group composition, or the conduct of other participants.
Booking Requirements
- The user must provide accurate participant names, ages, contact details, selected date, selected language, pickup location, accessibility needs, and any required health or fitness information.
- Some tours may have minimum age, maximum age, minimum group size, fitness level, height, weight, mobility, medical, clothing, equipment, or document requirements.
- The tour provider may refuse participation if the user does not meet safety requirements, arrives late, lacks required documents, appears intoxicated, behaves dangerously, or violates provider instructions.
- Meeting points, pickup times, start times, routes, and duration may be approximate and may change due to traffic, weather, safety, local events, or operational conditions.
Prices, Inclusions, and Exclusions
- The booking page will describe the main inclusions, exclusions, language options, pickup options, ticket categories, meals, entrance fees, equipment, and other relevant conditions where available.
- Unless clearly included, personal expenses, optional tips, food and drinks, hotel pickup, attraction fees, equipment rental, insurance, and local taxes may be payable separately.
- Prices may vary by date, group size, participant type, language, availability, season, supplier pricing, taxes, and currency exchange rates.
Cancellations, Changes, Late Arrival, and No-Show
- Cancellation and change rights depend on the policy shown during booking and the tour provider's rules.
- Some activities may be free to cancel before a stated deadline, while others may be partially refundable or non-refundable once confirmed.
- Late arrival, failure to appear at the meeting point, missing required documents, or failure to meet participation requirements may be treated as a no-show and may not be refundable.
- If the tour provider cancels due to weather, safety, minimum participant requirements, operational problems, or local restrictions, the user may be offered a refund, alternative date, credit, or comparable replacement where available.
- Changes requested by the user are subject to provider approval, availability, and any price difference or service fee.
Safety and Participant Responsibility
- Users participate at their own risk and must follow all instructions, safety briefings, guide directions, local rules, and equipment requirements.
- Adventure, outdoor, water, winter, wildlife, driving, cycling, hiking, or similar activities may involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, weather exposure, delays, equipment failure, or changing natural conditions.
- Users are responsible for determining whether an activity is suitable for their health, fitness, experience, and travel companions.
- Travel insurance is recommended where appropriate, especially for activities involving physical risk, remote locations, weather dependency, or non-refundable costs.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for acts or omissions of tour providers, guides, drivers, venues, attractions, other participants, weather conditions, traffic, route changes, closures, injuries, illness, loss of belongings, or disappointment caused by subjective expectations. Mandatory consumer rights and provider obligations remain unaffected.
Cab, Transfer, and Ground Transport Booking Terms
These cab terms apply to airport transfers, private cars, taxis, ride services, chauffeur services, shuttle services, shared transfers, point-to-point transport, hourly hire, and other ground transportation arranged through this platform.
Role of the Platform
- The platform allows users to request and book transportation services provided by third-party transport operators, licensed drivers, fleet providers, or local mobility suppliers.
- The transport provider is responsible for the vehicle, driver, route decisions, legal licensing, insurance required by local law, passenger pickup, and transportation service delivery.
- The platform does not operate vehicles and does not control traffic, road closures, border checks, police controls, weather, driver availability, vehicle substitution, or local transport restrictions.
Booking Details and User Responsibilities
- The user must provide accurate pickup address, destination, date, time, passenger count, luggage count, flight or train details where relevant, child seat requests, accessibility needs, and contact details.
- The selected vehicle category must be suitable for the number of passengers and luggage. The provider may refuse service or charge extra if the booking details are inaccurate.
- Passengers must be ready at the pickup point at the confirmed time and must follow driver instructions, vehicle safety rules, seatbelt laws, child restraint requirements, and local transport regulations.
- Users are responsible for damage, cleaning costs, tolls, parking, waiting time, extra stops, route changes, excess luggage, pet transport, or other additional services not included in the original booking.
Prices, Waiting Time, and Extra Charges
- The booking page will show the main fare and any known included services. Additional fees may apply for tolls, parking, airport fees, waiting time, night service, extra luggage, child seats, pets, additional stops, or route changes.
- For airport, port, or station pickups, the provider may monitor arrival details where supplied, but the user remains responsible for providing accurate travel information and notifying the provider of delays where possible.
- Waiting time limits vary by provider and pickup type. If the passenger is late or cannot be contacted, the driver may leave and the booking may be treated as a no-show.
- Estimated journey times are for guidance only and may be affected by traffic, roadworks, weather, checkpoints, events, or other local conditions.
Cancellations, Changes, and No-Shows
- Cancellation and change policies depend on the transport provider, vehicle type, pickup location, timing, and conditions shown before booking.
- Some transport bookings may be cancellable without charge before a stated deadline, while others may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees.
- Changes to pickup time, pickup location, destination, vehicle type, passenger count, luggage, or route are subject to provider approval and additional charges.
- If the user does not appear at the pickup location, provides incorrect pickup details, cannot be contacted, or exceeds the waiting time, the booking may be considered a no-show and may not be refundable.
- If the provider cannot complete the transfer due to vehicle failure, driver unavailability, or operational issues, reasonable assistance may be offered, such as refund support, rebooking, or an alternative provider where available.
Passenger Conduct and Safety
- The provider or driver may refuse service to passengers who are abusive, unsafe, intoxicated, carrying prohibited items, exceeding legal capacity, refusing seatbelts, or violating local law.
- Smoking, illegal substances, dangerous items, excessive luggage, unapproved pets, and damage to the vehicle may result in refusal of service, extra charges, or reporting to the appropriate authorities.
- Personal belongings remain the passenger's responsibility. The platform is not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged items.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for delays, missed flights, missed trains, missed appointments, traffic, road closures, driver conduct, vehicle condition, accidents, law enforcement actions, route changes, local restrictions, or transport provider failures. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be limited by applicable law.
